Kuangthing Provincial govt have requests

yout permission to establish at Kowleen railway terminus office for collection of transit tan imposed on goods passing through the Provinc Reysts guidance by tel.

This request appears to be a little

inconvenient from the point of view of Hong

Kong, but on the whole it appears to me that

it is one which should be granted.

The only objections raised by the
